  I ordered four furniture legs and had them shipped to my office. The correct address was given in PayPal but the floor # was left off from the form on their website. Okay, I guess that's on me, but we were never contacted at all about the return. When I contacted DIY Upholstery several weeks later, they told me they would reship the order if I paid a second shipping charge and a $12.50 "return charge". It was reasonable to pay a second shipping charge, but a return charge was borderline ridiculous. And yet, I decided to cut my losses and pay them in order to cut my losses and finish my project. Fast forward 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my order nor get any response following my payment. This has been the worst online purchase experience I've ever had, and all for a set of small furniture legs. I would discourage anyone from buying anything from this company. I feel robbed.
